Prianka Mahanty heads the London office of Kylla Corporate Transactions, from where she oversees the firm’s growing number of private equity deals. With her Asian roots and vast experience in the manufacturing sector, she is the linking pin between high growth companies in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Investors. She was most recently involved in the launch of a convertible bond structure. Alongside her private equity work, Prianka has been closely involved in developing an algorithm-based hedge fund. She was recognised at the European Parliament for her outstanding contribution as a women in Private Equity deals between the EU India trade corridor. Prianka graduated from one of Asia’s top Business Schools and is following a Chartered Financial Analyst programme in the UK.
